SINGLE DAY TOURS

1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to all tours operated by Galahad Tours. Once you have made a booking with Galahad Tours ™ you thereby acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below, which you should read carefully. You will be asked to tick the “I accept all terms & conditions” box before your tour is confirmed;
1.2 The following payment cancellation and exchange terms apply to all bookings made via the Galahad Tours ™ website. If you have made a booking through one of our distribution partners then please refer to their terms of sale which will apply to your booking;
1.3 Only children aged over 12 years are permitted on all tours;
1.4 UK law requires seat belts to be worn by all occupants of a moving vehicle;
1.5 UK law forbids smoking in any Private Hire Vehicle.

2.1 Full payment for the tour must be received in order to secure the date & confirm a booking. This applies to all Day Tours.

3.1 Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email from Galahad Tours ™ with details of your booking, any payment taken;
3.2 Galahad Tours is not responsible for any currency exchange fees or bank charges you might incur as a result of paying for your tour;
3.3 All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your statement will show that you have been charged by Galahad Tours.

4.1 All cancellation or exchange requests must be submitted in writing to info@galahadtours.co.uk;
4.2 For a refund, you must cancel at least 28 calendar days before the experience’s start time;
4.3 In the event of YOU cancelling your tour, you will be liable for any costs that have already been incurred by Galahad Tours on your behalf, such as admission tickets;
4.4 In the event of YOU cancelling your tour, please also note that the Stripe credit card processing fee incurred by Galahad Tours will not be refundable, even if you cancel with more than 28 days notice;
4.5 In the event of YOU cancelling your tour, a £100 administration fee per day will be deducted from your refund, even if you cancel with more than 28 days notice;
4.6 If you cancel less than 28 days before the experience’s start time, the full amount you paid will not be refunded;
4.7 Please note that any Day Tours booked via an OTA (i.e. Viator, GetYourGuide) will be subject to that platform’s cancellation/refund policy.
4.8 Any changes made less than 28 days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted;
4.9 Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time;
5.1 To avoid fraud, approved refunds will only be issued to the payment card used to pay for your booking and not by BACS, or to an alternative card. We are not able to issue refunds in cash or by cheque;
5.2 Refunds are not available if you don’t turn up on time for the tour you booked, or if you arrive at a time/date different to that shown on your confirmation. Please therefore read the confirmation very carefully;
5.3 Unfortunately, Galahad Tours is not responsible for cancellations due to unscheduled closures, industrial action, or delays caused by third party suppliers, or events beyond its control, but it will take all possible steps to offer you an alternative date for your tour or even a different itinerary. Any losses incurred are not the liability of Galahad Tours and should instead be claimed off your travel insurance;
5.4 If for any reason Galahad Tours needs to cancel your booking, we will notify you immediately, offer you an alternative date, but if that isn’t suitable we will offer you a full refund for your tour, but not for any other additional expenses you might have incurred. These should be covered by your own travel insurance;
5.5 Galahad Tours cancellation policy will not be varied to accommodate clients who cancel tours because of conditions prevailing outside the UK. If you are unable to travel owing to strikes, bad weather, flooding or any other such disaster, you should recover these costs from your own travel insurance;
5.6 Galahad Tours is not liable for any loss, accident, injury or damage to clients and their personal effects;
5.7 Prior to departure, therefore, we recommend that you take out comprehensive personal travel insurance, including: cancellation, curtailment, theft or loss, injury or illness during your holiday.

6.1 Galahad Tours reserves the right to amend any itinerary on the day of your tour owing to unforeseen circumstances, such as road closures, flooding etc. We will always do our utmost to include everything mentioned in the tour description.
MULTI DAY & BESPOKE TOURS:

7.1 If you have agreed and accepted an itinerary for a Multi-Day or a Bespoke Tour and the start date is more than 28 days away, Galahad Tours requires payment of a non-refundable 20% deposit of the total tour price in order to secure your dates;
7.2 The balance of your tour must be paid at least 28 days prior to your tour commencing;
7.3 If you book your tour less than 28 days before the tour commences, we will require full payment in order to confirm your tour.

8.1 Your tour booking will not be confirmed until we have received either your deposit or full payment;
8.2 Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email from Galahad Tours ™ with details of your booking and any payment taken;
8.3 All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your statement will show that you have been charged by Galahad Tours;
8.4 Galahad Tours is not responsible for any currency exchange fees or bank charges you might incur as a result of paying for your tour.

9.1 All cancellation or exchange requests must be submitted in writing to info@galahadtours.co.uk;
9.2 Any advance payment made to Galahad Tours for the planning of a customised/bespoke tour is non-refundable;
9.3 You must cancel any Multi-Day or Bespoke Tour at least 28 days before the tour commences in order to receive a refund, minus your 20% deposit, the credit card processing fee incurred by Galahad Tours and any entrance tickets purchased on your behalf;
9.4 Cancellation of Multi-Day or Bespoke Tours within 28 days of the tour commencing will result in you forfeiting 100% of the cost of your tour.

10.1 Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee any changes to your confirmed tour within 28 days of departure. We will, however, endeavour to make any minor amendments depending on feasibility of the request.
