Accessibility Information

Galahad Tours always makes every possible accommodation for people with accessibility needs.

A foldable wheelchair and/or zimmer frame can be accommodated upon request.

Although not specifically licensed as a wheelchair carrying vehicle, I can accommodate wheelchairs and zimmer frames upon request.

Wheelchair users, therefore, do need to be able to leave the wheelchair with assistance and sit in a car seat. My touring vehicle is not fitted with a ramp, nor is there a seating space allocated for a wheelchair.

The electrically sliding doors, internal handles and wide pilot seats facilitate access for all bar those who are unable to leave their wheelchair.

Galahad Tours is always ready to customise any tour itinerary in advance or, on the day, in order to cater for differing levels of mobility.

A small foldable step is provided should customers require help to get in and out of the vehicle.

In order to comply with UK infant and child car seating requirements, as it pertains to my private hire vehicle licence, I welcome all children over the age of 12 and can provide booster seats for younger children upon request.

If given advance care will be taken to book an accessible location for lunch.
