ALL TOUR BOOKINGS - CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
1.1 For a refund you must cancel at least 28 days before the tour departure**
1.1b **Trip Protection reduces the cancellation refund window to 48 hours before the tour departure time
1.1c **Refunds exclude any attraction tickets already pre-purchased & any non-refundable deposit already paid
1.2 All cancellation & refund requests must be emailed to Galahad Tours, clearly stating the customer booking name
1.3 Any cancellation and refund requests made within this time window will not be accepted and you will not get your money back
1.4 Cut-offs are based on the tour’s local time
1.5 Refunds are not available if you don’t turn up on time for the tour you booked, or if you arrive at a time/date different to that shown on your confirmation
1.6 Any illness or injury within the above cancellation refund window is not the responsibility of Galahad Tours and your losses should be covered by and recovered from your own travel/holiday insurance
1.7 Galahad Tours is not responsible for cancellations due to unscheduled closures, industrial action, or delays caused by third party suppliers, or events beyond its control, but it will take all possible steps to offer you an alternative tour date or even a different itinerary. Any losses incurred are not the liability of Galahad Tours and should instead be claimed from your own travel/holiday insurance
1.8 If for any reason Galahad Tours needs to cancel your booking you will be notified immediately, offered an alternative date. If that isn’t suitable we will offer you a full refund for your tour but not for any other additional expenses you might have incurred. These should be covered by your own travel/holiday insurance
1.9 Galahad Tours cancellation policy will not be varied to accommodate circumstances prevailing outside of the UK. If you are unable to travel owing to strikes, bad weather, flooding or any other such disaster, you should recover these costs from your own travel/holiday insurance
